Razorsight Corporation, a Reston, VA-based provider of cloud-based profit analytics solutions for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), has raised up to $12m in Series B funding from new investors.
The round, which was led by Georgian Partners, with participation from Square 1, brings the total amount raised by the company to date to more than $37m.
Razorsight intends to use the funds for international growth and continued product innovation.
Led by CEO Charlie Thomas and CTO Suren Nathan, the company delivers cloud-based business intelligence and profit analytics for the communications industry. Its suite provides Business Intelligence, Workflow Automation, and Business Assurance applications including Cost Management, Inventory Cleanse, Usage Analytics, Wholesale Bill Assurance, and Mobile Backhaul Management. Customers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, CenturyLink, Comcast, Telus, IBM, Windstream, Tata and Telekomunikacja Polska.
In conjunction with the financing, Simon Chong, Managing Director Georgian Partners, will join Razorsight’s Board of Directors.
The company also operates offices in in St. Louis, MO and Bangalore, India.
