24PageBooks Launches; Raised Seed Funding from Kima Ventures

24PageBooks Inc., a Rochester, NY-based start-up that offers a line of highly concentrated non-fiction ebooks, has launched after raising a seed round of funding of undisclosed amount from Kima Ventures early this year.

The company is currently using the capital to build a list of 30-40 titles in its first year, all under the 24PageBooks brand.

Founded in 2010 by CEO Martin Edic and Michael Johnson, 24PageBooks is a new publisher that aims to offers high value digital content in a concise ebook format. Titles, which are approximately 6,000 words in length, are available for Amazon Kindle, Apple iBooks and Barnes and Noble Nook.

Recent titles include, “Learn To Sell, Fast”, “Learn To Market, Fast”, “Stop Dating and Start Meeting Interesting People”, “How To Expand Your Life” and “Power Networking”.
