Daasity Acquires Red Fox Analytics

Daasity, a San Diego, CA-based provider of a data and analytics platform built for omnichannel consumer brands, acquired Red Fox Analytics, a leader in data analytics for retail-focused consumer packaged goods brands.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The combined digital and retail data analytics platform enables merchants to view and gather insights from all sales, distribution and marketing data across all channels.

Red Fox Analytics founder and CEO Chris Mauzé will remain with Daasity as chief product officer.

By combining Daasity, which specializes in digital sales data and analytics, and Red Fox, which specializes in retail and distributor sales data and analytics, merchants have a holistic view of all their sales data, including SPINS and NielsenIQ retail data, for optimal efficiency, insights and decision-making.

Led by Dan LeBlanc, co-founder and CEO, Daasity provides data and analytics solutions that enable consumer brands to be data-driven. Using Daasity, brands such as Vuori, MANSCAPED, and Movado save time and money on data, increase data governance, answer complex questions about performance, and guide organizational growth.

Red Fox Analytics is a consumer packaged goods (CPG) data analytics firm that provides insights consulting and fully managed, customizable data pipelines and reports built by CPG analysts for retail CPG customers, including Caulipower, Liquid Death and The Honest Kitchen.
