Armis Acquires CTCI

Armis, a San Francisco, CA-based asset intelligence cybersecurity company, acquired CTCI (Cyber Threat Cognitive Intelligence), a Beaverton, OR-based company specializing in AI-powered pre-attack threat hunting technology.  

The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Armis has acquired all of CTCI technology and employees, expecting to merge the company, led by CEO Andrew Grealy and CTO Michael Freeman, with Armis over the next 30 days. The company will integrate CTCI’s technology into Armis Centrix™ to create an advanced early warning cyber intelligence system, helping security operations teams be more effective in preventing breaches, detecting attacks and determining if an organization has been compromised.

Led by CEO Yevgeny Dibrov, Armis is an asset intelligence cybersecurity company that protects the entire attack surface and manages the organization’s cyber risk exposure in real time.
