Metronome Raises $43M in Series B Funding

Metronome, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of usage-based billing solutions for companies, raised $43M in Series B funding.

The round was led by NEA, with participation from prior backers Andreessen Horowitz and General Catalyst. In conjunction with the funding, Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, Venture Partner at NEA, joined Metronome’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Kevin Liu, CEO, and Scott Woody, CTO, Metronome provides an usage-based billing platform built for modern software companies. With it, teams can quickly launch new products and pricing, streamline revenue workflows, and give customers real-time spend transparency.

The company empowers billing for startups and enterprises, including OpenAI, Databricks, and NVIDIA.
