LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a data collaboration platform, acquired Habu, a San Francisco, CA- and Boston, MA-based data clean room software provider, in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $200M.

The acquisition will further accelerate LiveRamp’s ability to offer global data collaboration at scale, across all clouds and walled gardens and solving challenges for customers.
