The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach, both in Italy and internationally.
Founded in 2017 by Enrico Ariotti and Aldo Toja, nCore provides a cloud based HR software platform that helps professionals worldwide to automate non-core operations that typically occupy 60% of their time. Currently, nCore operates in several countries, working on the selection process. The system, available in 13 languages, has received over 22 million resumes, manages 25,000 applications every day, has conducted one million video interviews, sends 100,000 emails every day, reaching over 60 countries.
The solution is already used by companies such as Adecco, Saipem, Aruba, BMW, and Lamborghini.
