MentorcliQ, a Columbus, OH-based provider of a employee mentorship software, acquired Diverst, a Columbus, OH-based company which specializes in ERG Management Software.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, MentorcliQ will expand its offerings. Diverst will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MentorcliQ.
Led by Toki Toguri, Diverst amplifies the impact of ERGs by helping to enhance membership, boost engagement, and provide detailed reports to measure their influence. Its platform equips organizations and DEI Teams with the tools to manage budgets, gauge ERG engagement, and calculate the return on investment of their ERGs.
