MentorcliQ, a Columbus, Ohio-based provider of employee mentoring software platform, acquired River Software, a Denver, Colorado-based provider of a mentoring software platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, increasing MentorcliQ will increase its market share in the field of employee mentoring solutions for enterprises globally.
Following the close, River Software will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MentorcliQ. Chris Browning will remain in his role as River’s President.

They serve clients from a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and medium enterprises including Sodexo, Goodyear, Robert Half, and more.
