ISMS.online, a Brighton, UK-based company which specializes in data privacy and information security compliance, received an investment from ECI Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The deal provided a full realisation for Cow Corner, an investor focused on UK services and software businesses, following a four-year investment partnership.
The company intends to use the funds to expand further into global markets and adjacencies.
