CoreView, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of a Microsoft 365 management platform, acquired Simeon Cloud, a San Jose, CA-based company which specialises in Microsoft 365 tenant configuration management.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, CoreView will expand its offerings.
