Scenera, a Palo Alto, CA-based AIoT data management company, acquired TnM AI Co., a Seoul, South Korea-based AIoT company.
The amount of the deal – which is expected to be accretive to Scenera’s financials – was not disclosed.
This transaction furthers the company’s relationship and consolidates their resources to continue creating products and solutions transforming the industry on a global scale.
Led by CEO Dr. Eui-Seok Hwang, TnM AI Co. is an IoT company that offers a range of services including software development, edge AI provisioning, AI integration, and is offering extensible camera-based AI system which analyzes real-time streaming video. It provides these services in multiple industries such as retail, commercial real estate properties, and manufacturing operations.
Led by CEO David Lee, Scenera provides a data platform for the AIoT industry combining an open and flexible architecture with an intelligent scene-based data pipeline which enables the shift from simple streaming data to rich scene data information that enables analytical capabilities.
