Observe Raises 50M in Series A3 Funding

Observe

Observe, a San Mateo, CA-based SaaS observability company, raised $50M in Series A3 funding.

The round, which brought the total amount to $164.5M, was led by Sutter Hill Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by CEO Jeremy Burton, Observe is an observability company working in the field of business data. It eliminates silos of logs, metrics and traces by storing all data in a single data lake. The company’s Data Graph technology enables users to troubleshoot distributed applications faster than competing observability solutions. Observe also announced Hubble, its latest product release, which improves user productivity with a revamped Explorer interface, and includes numerous generative AI features, facilitating product help, coding, RegEx generation, incident workflow and more. With Hubble, users have access to new apps for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Atlas, Prometheus, OpenAI, Threat Intelligence, Security Onion and Orca Security.

Brands such as Topgolf, Reveal Data and F5 use it to turn their telemetry data into actionable information.
