Jetson, a Palo Alto, CA-based aviation company focused on producing eVTOL, closed a $15M seed round in September 2023.
Backers included rapper will.i.am, Board Director Mr. Luca Spada and Senior Board Advisor Mr. Rikard Steiber.
Led by Stephan D’haene, CEO, and Tomasz Patan, CTO, Jetson is the producer of the Jetson ONE, a personal electric aerial vehicle, with deliveries starting already in 2024. The company has already sold over 300 units at a price of $98,000 per vehicle.
Jetson, which is currently operating an R&D and production facility in Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy, is looking to expand its operation in the US market in 2024 and is evaluating several locations for its future US headquarter.
