Harmony Receives Investment from Connetic Ventures

Harmony, a Minneapolis, MN-based digital platform that utilizes AI to personalize communication in the workplace, received an investment from Connetic Ventures.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and business reach.

Co-founded by Zach Gunderson and David Barta, Harmony provides an AI driven platform that helps translate personality and communication styles through behavioral psychology. It modifies an outgoing email to fit the personality of the recipient, resulting in a decrease of workplace miscommunication. Harmony integrates into user’s email and work streams. When users download Harmony the AI reviews previous emails and builds communication styles by finding tangible identifiers.

Harmony integrates with native workflows and common workplace platforms, is trained on interpersonal communication strategies, and secures data as it never leaves the platform.
