Funnel Leasing, a Tampa, FL-based Renter Management Software platform provider, completed a $32m Series B-2 financing round.
The round was led by RET Ventures, joined by Trinity Ventures and a group of multifamily owner operator co-investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and marketing teams, and its business reach.
Led by Tyler Christiansen, CEO, Funnel provides a renter front office suite including: CRM, virtual leasing agent, online leasing, onboarding, and a resident portal. The platform gives property management companies of all sizes — from large REITs, to privately owned, and third-party managed companies — the flexibility they need to reorganize their operating model and prioritize teams’ task lists so that high-value items are completed first. Teams, in turn, are free to focus on their most valuable follow-up, and use AI and automation to handle rote tasks.
