Bolt.Earth, a Bangalore, India-based EV infrastructure and software company, raised $20M in funding.

The round saw participation from Union Square Ventures, Prime Venture Partners, ITIGO Funds, and others.

The company intends to use the funds for:

1. Charging Network Expansion

2. Product Enhancement

3. Operating System Deployment

4. Talent Acquisition

5. International Expansion

Co-founded by Jyotiranjan Harichandan, and Mr. Mohit Yadav, Bolt.Earth has installed 30K+ charging points across 1,100+ cities in India, serving over 150K+ active users. With 1000MWh+ energy dispensed, the charging infrastructure provides an efficient network of charging stations to support the growing number of EVs on the road. In addition to its charging infrastructure, Bolt.Earth is also empowering EVs with a dynamic OS that makes EVs smarter, safer, and more connected. The Bolt.Earth OS provides a range of features, including real-time updates, remote monitoring, and software support, that help EVs run smoothly and ensure an improved user experience.
