Spark Hire, a Chicago, IL-based provider of a video interviewing platform, acquired Chally, a Dayton, OH-based talent assessment software provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Spark Hire will expand its offerings.

The software generates easy-to-read reports that helps predict successful hires in any given role.
