Ometria, a London, UK- and NYC-based provider of a customer data and experience platform (CDXP), received £8M from CIBC Innovation Banking.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop and advance the retail-specific AI capabilities of its platform.
Founded in 2013 and led by Ivan Mazour, CEO and Founder, Ometria is a Customer Data and Experience Platform that helps retail marketers get on the fastest route to customer-centred growth. The CDXP, designed for retail, is used by over 200 global clients such as Steve Madden, Hotel Chocolat, Sephora UK, Brooklinen and Fred Perry.
The company has raised over $70m from VC funds including InfraVia, Octopus Ventures and Bright Pixel.
