Linear, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a project and issue tracking system that teams, raised $35M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Accel, with participation from Sequoia Capital, 01Advisors, Kenneth Auchenberg, Koen Bok, Christina Cacioppo, Jorn van Dijk, Claire Hughes Johnson, Akash Garg, Robert Gentz, Gavin Weigh, Cal Henderson, Immad Akhund, Marianne Vikkula, Krithika Muthukumar, Riku Mäkelä, Josh Miller, Andrew Mason, Henrietta Moon, Kristo Ovaska, Ilkka Paananen, Kyle Parrish, Praveen Neppalli Naga, Anssi Rusi, Guillermo Rauch, Oskari Saarenmaa, Rudi Skogman, Lee Robinson, and Ganesh Srinivasan.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its development efforts.

Co-founded by Jori Lallo, Karri Saarinen, and Tuomas Artman, Linear provides a collaborative workspace for software development teams, which helps companies drive their roadmaps, share project updates, triage incoming bug reports, and get actionable insights from data tools.

Companies such as Cash App, Supercell, The Browser Company, Raycast, Retool, Vercel, Cohere, Substack, Mercury, Runway, Loom and Ramp currently use it, among others.

The company currently has a team of 50 people.
