Easop, a NY-based provider of an equity compensation solution for global teams, secured investments from a Cooley’s fund, and HR tech focused VC SemperVirens.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The investment will enable the company to expand its business reach.
Founded in January 2022 and led by Valentin Haarscher, CEO, Easop is a SaaS tool for global teams whose mission is to foster employee equity participation throughout the globe. The company, which had raised a pre-seed round from top VCs based in the US and France in February 2022, also announced an API partnership with Carta, a cap table management platform, to foster growth and innovation. This collaboration aims to simplify and streamline equity compensation management for startups and private companies operating globally.
