PES Benefits, a Ridgefield Park, NC-based benefits technology, administration, education, and virtual care industry company, acquired nRollTech, a Jacksonville, FL-based benefits technology company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens PES Benefits’ position as a comprehensive employee benefits solution provider and enhances its resources and suite of benefits technology solutions for its clients. PES Benefits will also integrate nRollTech’s team into its workforce. By combining talent and expertise of both organizations, the company will continue to innovate and develop solutions that address the needs of employee benefits brokers, carriers, employers, and employees.
