Night, an Austin, TX-based talent management company, acquired LFM Management, a New York-based content creator managing firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Night will consolidate its position as a talent management company for digital artists, adding prominent creators Kai Cenat, members of AMP, as well as others, to a roster that includes MrBeast, Dream, and more. As part of the deal, LFM Founder John Nelson joined Night as VP of Talent, where he will continue to represent the company’s newest clients in all categories.
Founded in 2015 by Reed Duchscher, Night is a talent representation platform, helping artists reach their potential as entertainers and entrepreneurs. It represents more than 60 creators on the internet.
