LeaseQuery, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of software for accounting and finance teams, acquired Stackshine, a SaaS spend management platform designed to help companies track and optimize their software spend and usage.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With this acquisition, LeaseQuery extends its SaaS operations and spend management offerings.
Founded in 2019 and led by Tyler Diaz, CEO, Stackshine is a SaaS Management platform for companies to track their software spend and usage. Through integrations with tools they currently use, Stackshine brings together the information needed to make smart decisions, control costs, monitor security risks, and collaborate with their team, all in one single platform. The company is backed by Y Combinator.
Led by George Azih, founder and CEO, LeaseQuery provides cloud-based, CPA-approved solutions and in-house accounting expertise to enable more than 34,000 financial professionals globally to comply across various FASB, GASB and IASB accounting standards.
