Wealth Club members under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) participated in the round.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Sabrina Del Prete, CEO, Kore provides a SaaS platform for end-to-end product lifecycle management in financial services. Its compliant solution helps financial firms bring complex and fragmented data together to create a digital audit trail across all products and functions in a single dashboard. Kore provides regulatory oversight for senior managers, a cross product management tool for specialists, and a product hub for frontline users.
The company serves a blue-chip customer base, including major banking groups in Europe, and is poised for expansion into new markets later this year, and has been revenue-generating since launch in 2019.
