Juniper Group, a Palma de Mallorca, Spain-based company focused on acquiring, managing, and building vertical market software businesses operating in travel, aviation, banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector and oil & gas verticals, acquired Vervotech, a Pune, India-based travel tech startup.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Vervotech’s flagship product, Vervotech Mappings, will be added to Juniper’s booking engine. With this acquisition, Vervotech will enhance the capabilities of its products, making them more intelligent and efficient, while also investing further in research and development to remain at the forefront of travel technology.
Led by CEO Sanjay Ghare, Vervotech provides hotel mapping and room mapping solutions, which allow travel companies to streamline hotel data and elevate their customer experiences.
