Grip Security, a Boston, MA-based SaaS identity risk management company, raised $41M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought total funding to $66m, was led by Third Point Ventures, with participation from YL Ventures, Intel Capital and The Syndicate Group.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand into untapped geographic regions, and solidify its position as an industry leader.
Led by CEO Lior Yaari, Grip Security specializes in SaaS identity risk management, providing innovative solutions to help enterprises address the security risks associated with widespread SaaS adoption. Its SaaS Security Control Plane platform helps companies discover, prioritize, secure and orchestrate the mitigation and remediation of risks. The approach of leveraging identity as the key control point allows companies to secure all SaaS applications and empowers enterprises to adopt SaaS securely.
The company boasts a client roster including multiple Fortune 500 companies.
