Sampler Acquires AdMass

Sampler, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of a shopper promotions and insights platform, acquired AdMass, a Toronto, Canada-based AI powered SaaS platform for content promotion.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Sampler will integrate the platform’s user-generated content (UGC) collection and measurement capabilities directly into their brand platform and consumer experience.

Founded in April 2020 by Yuri Kaplan and Daniel Lasek, AdMass is an AI powered SaaS platform that enables brands and their agencies to create data-driven user generated content promotions. It has worked with brands such as Banana Boat.

Founded in 2013 by Marie Chevrier, and CEO Sampler is the a product experiences platform, creating personalized relationships between consumers and brands. It is available in 23 countries and has worked with over 1,000 brands, including companies like Procter & Gamble, Target, Kroger, L’Oréal, Unilever, and more.
