Mynd, an Oakland, CA-based real estate investing company, raised $30m in financing.
The round was led by Invesco Real Estate.
The company intends to use the capital to expand operations, and advance its technology platform.
Mynd provides an online platform that assists investors with finding and managing single-family rentals (SFR) in and from any location within the U.S. The company has $3.5 billion+ in assets under management across Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
