Mynd, an Oakland, CA—based tech-enabled property management company, raised $20m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Lightspeed Ventures with participation from existing investors Canaan Partners and Jackson Square Ventures.
The company, which has now raised $36m, intends to use the funds to accelerate national expansion of its flagship solution.
Co-founded by Doug Brien and Colin Wiel, Mynd provides a full-service property management platform for small multifamily buildings and single-family homes.
The company leverages technology to drive more efficient operations and more profit to owners while giving them transparency into what is happening with their real estate portfolio in real-time.
