Anduin, a San Francisco, CA-based company empowering lasting investor relationships in the private markets, raised $15M in Series B funding.
The round was led by 8VC with participation from existing investors and GC1 Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, deepening the functionality and integrations of its core platform, and expanding beyond onboarding to support the connection between GPs and their LPs and partners across asset classes and around the globe.
Led by CEO Eliot Hodges, Anduin is empowering lasting investor relationships in the private markets connecting LPs and GPs efficiently. Its Fund Subscription and Data Room ecosystem has helped 27,000+ investors onboard at 510+ funds who have raised over $55 billion in capital globally.
