The round saw participation from Foresight and Uncapped.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to invest in product development, create sustainable jobs and expand its commercial capabilities and reach.
Led by Rich West, Managing Director, and Mark Halstead, founder and Director of Data, Red Flag Alert provides a proprietary SaaS business intelligence platform with modular capabilities spanning compliance, prospecting, risk management and financial health assessments. Its database, updated with 100,000 daily changes, gives businesses a health score based on data and evaluated by RFA’s proprietary algorithm. All customers are instantly notified of any updates and changes, with the software plugging directly into their CRM.
The company employs nearly 50 staff.
