North Highland, an Atlanta, GA-based change and transformation consultancy, acquired UMT360, a Bellevue, WA-based global leader in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) software, services and solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition further deepens North Highland’s enterprise transformation capabilities while enhancing its enterprise business agility solutions, and expanding the firm’s footprint in Europe and North America. Both companies have been recognized by Gartner as strategic service providers.
Founded in 2013 and led by Catalin Olteanu, CEO, UMT360 offers a combination of software and services specifically designed to help break down organization silos and drive business agility. The company also has offices in Vancouver, Canada, and Cluj-Napoca, CJ, Romania.
