Impact Analytics, a Linthicum Heights, MD-based provider of SaaS AI-based solutions for supply chain and merchandise planning in retail, CPG and manufacturing, a closing of funding of undisclosed amount from Vistara Growth.

This follows the funding secured in February 2021 and October 2022 from Argentum.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate global expansion plans and further develop its product portfolio.

Led by founder and CEO Prashant Agrawal, Impact Analytics provides a SmartSuite™ product portfolio, which optimizes forecasting, merchandising, and end-to-end lifecycle pricing. Using more than 150 variables to mix recency and history, the products process more than 30,000 modeling constructs to generate accurate forecasts that drive decision making, improved operational efficiencies, and maximized profits.

Clients such as BJ’s Wholesale Club, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Puma, Tapestry, and many others use it to power their planning and pricing workflows.
