Enersee (previously known as Eneos), a Brussels, Belgium-based provider of energy management software, raised €1.2M in funding.
The round was led by Peak.
The company intends to use the funds to bolster its team, particularly the expansion of its product features and capabilities as well as to broaden its European customer base.
Founded by Maarten Van De Vijver and Joachim Vleminckx, Enersee is a startup that develops a virtual energy manager, enabling real estate portfolios and facilities to reduce energy costs and minimize carbon footprint. The platform employs an AI-based energy measurement and verification, accurate consumption forecasting, and real-time anomaly detection to empower building and facility managers to enhance energy efficiency. This allows its customers to generate substantial energy cost savings and reduce their carbon footprint.
It caters to large real estate portfolios, offices and industrial buildings, as well as specific purpose buildings such as hospitals.
