Peak Secures £2.5M in Series A Funding

Peak, a Manchester, UK-based data analytics company, secured £2.5m in Series A funding.

The round was led by MMC Ventures.

The company, which has raised £3.5m in total funding so far, intends to use the capital for ongoing investment in machine learning and AI technologies, and sales growth.

Co-founded by Richard Potter, Atul Sharma and David Leitch, Peak provides a SaaS based data analytics platform for companies of all sizes to use data, machine learning and AI technologies to drive growth. The subscription-based platform combines all the required data analytics services – unifying, processing, modelling and extracting insight.

The company, which currently emplaoys 35 people in total, serves such customers as The Economist, Morrisons and AstraZeneca, as well as SMEs and technology businesses.
