Pavion (formerly Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. “CTSI”), a Chantilly, VA-based provider of integrated solutions for fire, safety, security, and critical communications, acquired Premier Security Solutions, a provider of commercial fire alarm, security, and wireless transmission services.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition expands our US western region fire alarm and security services delivery and support capabilities. It is the fifteenth acquisition for Pavion since partnering with private equity investment firm Wind Point Partners in June 2020.
