Clever Real Estate, a St. Louis, MO-based real estate technology company, raised $2M in funding.
Backers included Cultivation Capital, EssentVentures and Mike DelPrete.
The company, which had previously raised $11m in equity capital, intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by CEO Luke Babich, Clever Real Estate works to connect people with the advice and solutions for every step of their real estate journey. Its primary offering is a realtor matching platform that allows sellers and buyers to compare personalized realtor matches and save on fees.
This strategic investment comes as the company launches a title and escrow closing solution in the second quarter of 2023 and continues to grow its lender partnerships channel.
Clever’s network spans 19,000 agents across all 50 states.
