Hotel Manager, a London, UK-based provider of an ecommerce platform for hotel’s staff and guests, raised additional £2.2M in Seed funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to £3.2M, was led by Fuel Ventures with participation from existing investors Pitchdrive VC, COREangels Lisbon, Boost Fund, and StartupIst Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its product portfolio with new value-add solutions, and ramp up hiring and strategic partnerships to support its growth plans.
Founded in 2020 by Ajwad Hashim, Gokulan Kannan, Agni Ilango and Jay Luarca, Hotel Manager offers a platform that introduces a new revenue channel with built-in ecommerce features, such as Commerce and Check-In to Chat and Experiences, to drive digital sales and to empower guests with self-service capabilities. The dashboard unifies service delivery in one place for staff and creates a single view of every guest interaction. It is also equipped with operational tools that streamline workflows and eliminate busywork.
