Globant Acquires Pentalog

Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a San Francisco, CA-based digitally native technology services company, acquired Pentalog, an Orleans, France-based digital transformation company.

The amount of the deal – which is subject to customary closing conditions – was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Globant will expand its presence and services in France.

Led by CEO Frédéric Lasnier, Pentalog is a digital transformation company that creates technology solutions and products for digitally native organizations in key industries such as finance, sports, gaming, travel, and education, among others. The company serves brands such as Criteo, Adidas, Cegid, BitPanda, TripAdvisor, Ipsos or G4S, among other 500+ companies in several sectors. Today, Pentalog is working on over 250 digital products with some of the world’s most innovative engineers. The company serves 1,300 professionals in France, Romania, Moldova, Mexico, Vietnam, and the U.S., among other countries.
