Nextiva Acquires Simplify360

Nextiva

Nextiva, a Scottsdale, AZ-based provider of a conversation platform, acquired Simplify360, an AI customer experience platform based in India.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition opens the door to the Asia-Pacific market for Nextiva as the company expands to support more businesses globally.

Led by CEO Rohit Gupta, Simplify360 uses AI and automation to enable 5,000+ global businesses to deliver the customer support across multiple channels, including email, live chat, social media, online reviews and e-commerce. Its customers include Amazon, Honda, HP, Nestle, HDFC, Hyundai, Canon, and Xiaomi.

Led by CEO Tomas Gorny, Nextiva empowers conversations across cloud business phone systems, text and team messaging, video meetings, and more. Over 100,000 businesses use it to connect their teams and deliver a service in the conversation. Backed by Goldman Sachs, and with 50+ patents to its name, the company was valued at $2.7 billion dollars by its first and latest financing round in late 2021.
