Distyl AI Raises $7M in Seed Funding

Distyl AI, San Francisco, CA-based company that turns Large Language Models (LLMs) and their capabilities into products that drive real outcomes and competitive advantages, raised $7M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Coatue and Dell Technologies Capital with participation from Nat Friedman, Brad Gerstner, and Dr. Jim Cash.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Founded by Arjun Prakash (CEO) and Derek Ho, Distyl AI works with institutions to improve AI readiness and create integrated AI-based solutions tailored to the distinct data, workflows, and needs of employees. Distyl AI collaborates with F1000 enterprises to leverage generative AI and create tangible business outcomes. Adoption of generative AI in enterprises requires customization to a company’s unique data and integration with their existing technologies and workflows. This results in AI-assisted workflows that empower humans to make informed decisions.

The alliance with OpenAI allows Distyl AI to bring the latest in AI research (e.g. GPT-4) and infrastructure to enterprise customers while adhering to high standards of scalability, and security.
