AtlasEdge Secures €725M Financing Package

AtlasEdge, a London, UK-based edge data centre provider, raised €725M in financing package.

The financing package consists of €525M in committed debt financing and a further €200M uncommitted accordion. The facility was underwritten by mandated lead arranger ING Bank, as well as ABN Amro, Crédit Agricole CIB, The Bank of Nova Scotia, National Westminster Bank Plc, Banco Santander and UniCredit Bank AG.

The company intends to use the capital toward customer-led growth projects and expansion of the facility based on future demand. 

Led by Giuliano Di Vitantonio, CEO, AtlasEdge is an edge data centre platform with operations across 12 countries. Its distributed data centre portfolio includes access to 100+ sites, allowing its customers to plan and shape their technology and network infrastructure to meet the growing requirements for lower latency, higher performance and localised solutions. The company was formed through a joint investment by Liberty Global and DigitalBridge. Its portfolio includes data centres in key markets across Europe, including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Hamburg, London, Leeds, Madrid, Manchester, Milan, Paris, and Zurich. In February 2023, AtlasEdge successfully acquired Datacenter One, which included data centres in Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, and Leverkusen.
