Kern AI, an Eichwalde, Brandenburg, Germany-based developer of an open-source platform to for data scientists to scale, assess and maintain natural language data, raised €2.7m in seed funding.
The round was co-led by Seedcamp and Faber, with participation from Xdeck and Another.vc.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by Johannes Hötter, CEO, and Henrik Wenck, COO, Kern AI provides a data-centric developer platform for natural language processing to help developers and data scientists turn their unstructured text into value to embed modern natural language processing into their products and processes.
