Graybar, a St. Louis, CA-based distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, acquired CX Connexion, a Buffalo Grove, IL-based electrical distributor.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Graybar will expand its presence in the Chicago market.

The company was founded in 2007 and operates two locations in the Chicago area.
