Pineapple, a provider of a visual app for young professionals, raised $1.1m in pre-seed funding.
The round, raised in April 2022, was co-led by F7 Ventures and 500 Global.
The company is using the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEO David Diamond, Pineapple provides an iOS app that gives young professional the opportunity to network through visual story profiles. It enables users to build a visual Instagram story-style profile that showcases their work and personality, as well as to discover and connect with different communities of young professionals, founders, and creatives. The team works remotely from Dublin, and Cork, Ireland, Vancouver, Canada and Los Angeles, CA.
