Dandi Raises $3.7M in Seed Funding

Dandi Technologies, a New York City and Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of analytics platform for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, raised $3.7M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Springbank and Alleycorp Impact, with participation from Atlassian Ventures, Impact Engine, Uncommon Denominator, AAF, and Heirloom VC. As a result of the round, Courtney Leimkuhler, Founder and Managing Partner at Springbank, has joined Dandi’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to increase the number of people the platform positively impacts globally.

Led by CEO Jeff Fernandez, Dandi Technologies is the analytics platform for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Businesses use it to see how they recruit, retain, and compensate their people, giving them the insights they need to pinpoint equity gaps and advance their DEI efforts.

With Dandi, organizations can:
