Chip City Cookies

Chip City Cookies, a New York-based cookie brand, raised $10M in funding.

Enlightened Hospitality Investments made the commitment.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth plans to scale its gourmet cookie concept beyond New York City, and strengthen its brand position within the competitive cookie segment, bolstered by its ship-anywhere partnership with Uber Eats.

Co-founded by Peter Phillips and Teddy Gailas, Chip City is a gourmet cookie brand that rotates its flavorful and sizeable cookies on a weekly basis. It currently has 14 locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island with plans to enter into new markets, including New Jersey and Florida.
