Bending Spoons, a Milan, Italy-based developer of smartphone apps, raised over $340M in funding.
The round was led by Kerry Trainor, Ryan Reynolds, Intesa Sanpaolo, and Banco BPM, and others.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand operations.
Led by Luca Ferrari, Bending Spoons offers apps like Splice, a video editor, and Remini, an image editor based on artificial intelligence. The company has totalled over 500m downloads and 90m monthly users.
Bending Spoons employs over 350 people globally.
