Mindset AI, a London, UK-based provider of a SaaS platform for businesses within the knowledge economy to digitize their services and scale their expertise, raised £1.65m in funding.
Backers included Mercia (from its EIS funds) and angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its team with several key appointments, boost its sales and marketing activity and further enhance the platform.
Founded in 2020 by Barrie Hadfield and also led by Jack Houghton, Chief Product Officer, Mindset AI is a a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that enables businesses such as management consultancies and professional services firms to customize, brand and launch their own digital platform. The product incorporates machine learning and AI to personalize users’ experience, drive engagement and increase behaviour change outcomes. The -based company claims that 61% of its app users are still engaged 30 days after they first use it, compared to just 10% with other apps.
The company now employs 35 staff.
